We are committed to providing professional and reliable delivery services to ensure your icing cookies and cakes arrive safely and on time. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

配送費用

Delivery Fee

• 所有訂單固定收取 HK$300 運費。
  A flat delivery fee of HK$300 will be charged for all orders.

配送安排

Delivery Arrangements

1. 配送地點

   • 我們提供香港地區的配送服務，包括香港島、九龍及新界。
     Delivery service is available in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
   • 不支持配送至郵政信箱地址，部分偏遠地區可能需要額外的協調。
     P.O. Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses. Additional coordination may be required for certain remote areas.

2. 配送時間

   • 配送服務根據客人提供的時間和地點安排。我們將盡量滿足您的要求，但需提前 2-3 天 進行預約。
     Delivery will be arranged based on the time and location provided by the customer. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but a 2-3 day advance reservation is required.

3. 配送條件

   • 訂單須在我們確認付款後才能安排配送。
     Delivery will only be arranged after payment confirmation.
   • 配送服務僅限單一地址。如需配送至多個地址，請分別下單。
     Each delivery is limited to one address. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

訂單處理時間

Order Processing Time

• 訂單確認後，我們將在 1-2 個工作日內準備完成，並根據您的指定時間安排配送。
  Once your order is confirmed, it will be ready within 1-2 business days and delivered based on your specified time.
• 客人需在下單時提供準確的配送時間及地點，以便我們準確安排配送。
  Customers are required to provide accurate delivery time and location when placing the order to ensure timely delivery.

配送失敗政策

Failed Delivery Policy

1. 顧客原因導致的配送失敗

   • 如果因顧客未能按約定時間接收訂單，請立即聯繫我們重新安排配送。重新配送可能需收取額外費用。
     If the customer fails to receive the order at the agreed time, please contact us immediately to reschedule the delivery. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

2. 超過配送期限

   • 若因顧客原因導致配送超過 3 天 未完成，訂單將被取消，產品費用不予退還。
     If delivery is not completed within 3 days due to customer reasons, the order will be canceled, and the product cost will not be refunded.

1. 產品質量保障

   • 我們將確保產品在配送過程中的質量。但產品送達後，請立即檢查。如有任何問題，請於 24 小時內聯繫我們。
     We ensure product quality during delivery. However, please inspect the product upon receipt. If there are any issues, contact us within 24 hours.

2. 儲存建議

   • 糖霜曲奇及蛋糕需妥善儲存（如低溫保存蛋糕）。因顧客儲存不當導致的品質問題，我們概不負責。
     Icing cookies and cakes must be stored properly (e.g., cakes should be refrigerated). We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage.
